The Fleur Passages
A collection of novellas to later be compiled into one novel, the Fleur Passages tells the story of Lorine, a normal girl who is pulled into the terrifying world of vampires during a vacation to France.
From The Author
Ah, book two in my crazy vampire story...
As I said in my writing about Part One, Lisez la Fleur was the first vampire story I ever wrote, and the second draft of it was much, much different than the first. After publishing Part One, and including "reader participation", I was excited to release part two. Unfortunately, due to how the content was managed, not many people voted in the reader participation poll (possibly because it didn't have a giant impact upon the story), and some of my enthusiasm died. In the "write quickly so you can publish quickly" phase still, Part Two was released not too terribly long after Part One, and though it was met with some enthusiasm, by rushing into the publishing process, I lost sight of the story, and decided to discontinue it, to possibly rewrite and publish as a singular novel later on.
I have fond memories of this story -- the first and second draft -- and have placed it on the "may possibly revamp" shelf, to look at again in the future.
Twenty-year-old Lorine Stringfield has survived her first night at Château du Jumeaux...but now she has been taken prisoner by the very vampire who lured her there.
As Lorine begins to understand the vampires' world, a terrible truth about Honoré is revealed, and she is forced to make a decision when life and death are placed in her hands.
