FAQs...

How many books have you written?

I've written so many books, it makes my head spin, but the ones that are currently available for reading are listed here, on my website. Don't worry, though -- there's much more to come!

Are you going to release the Tales From Above short story collection still?

Yes, the collection will be released, but at a later time. When a publication date is set, it will be announced on my social media accounts, and on this website.

Update: Tales From Above will be released in 2014.

How many books are in the Foxfire Chronicles, and when will they be released?

SOPM (Shadows of Past Memories) is available now (check the Foxfire Chronicles page for your copy). As far as the other books in the series, so far there are three, but the number isn't definite yet. And there are no set dates of release currently.

Are you still writing a sequel to Clara Claus?

I have finally decided that, yes, I am writing the sequel to Clara Claus! It was delayed for a little while, but now it is official. In fact, Clara Claus is part of a long series! Please visit the Snowflake Triplet page for more info.

I long to be an author like you. What tips can you give me?

Write. Write a lot. Never stop writing (honestly, it's like breathing!). And finish what you start, because finishing something is most of the battle, and a lot of writers never finish their projects, and then never get their words read because of it. Perseverance is the key!

Will you read my book? It's not published, but I have a manuscript, and I'd like your input.

Sorry, but I cannot. There are plenty of great websites that offer advice, though, and you can always find a local critique group, online critique group, or maybe take a writing course. For starters and ideas, check out National Novel Writing Month (NANOWRIMO).

What do you think of fanfiction?

I think fanfiction is a great way for anyone to get started writing.  As long as the original author is given credit, and their work isn't being plagiarized (being copied word for word, or almost word for word; not cool!), then I think it's a great creative outlet. Fanfiction made me become serious about writing!
